1 The fiber properties of paper itself are brittle and easily cracked, especially thick paper and cardboard.

2UV varnish and primer are too thick.

4 The paper has too little moisture and is too dry.

5 The light source is too strong and the UV curing is overexposed.

6 Indentation, die cutting and other post-processing processes do not match.

2, elimination method

1 Select paper with good toughness and not easily broken.

2 Reduce the amount of UV varnish coating and reduce the coating thickness.

3 Select a flexible UV Varnish with good flexibility, and add a small amount of plasticizer and flexible auxiliaries to UV Varnish.

4 On the basis of ensuring the curing of varnish, try to avoid excessive exposure and baking of UV light.

5 Adopt effective measures to improve the moisture content of the printed matter. If necessary, measures such as spraying wet and over-water can be used.

6 Adjust the post-processing technology to suit the processing of thick paper prints.
