High-strength bolt shaft detector 
1. Product introduction:
GJZ-500A high-strength bolt intelligent detector, it has the axial force data and torque data showing the whole process. From the design of the equipment, the user's use and verification are fully considered. Because the system uses a portable secondary instrument and an optimized structure, it greatly simplifies the operation and improves the stability and applicability of the equipment. It is not only suitable for laboratory tests, but also for on-site testing of high strength bolts after construction.
GJZ-500A adopts mature high-precision pressure sensor and torque sensor, and its system accuracy is within 1% / FS. The torque detector is used in conjunction with the axial force meter to accurately measure the bolt axial force and bolt torque; thereby calculating the torque coefficient or actual pre-tension. Suitable for large hexagonal and torsion shear type high strength bolts.
