New crown open cap production line available

A new crown-shaped easy-opening production line capable of producing bottle caps with anti-counterfeit and explosion-proof functions was developed and put into operation in Beijing by the state-level scientific and technological enterprise Beijing Institute of Machinery Industry Automation.
The production capacity of this production line is 300/min. The crown-shaped easy-open-cap technology indicators produced in full compliance with the crown-shaped cover national standards have obtained national patents. The production line has the following characteristics: when installing the equipment, the original filling line of the beer manufacturer may not be changed; the cap produced is a patented product, and the technology content is high, so that the manufacturer increases the anti-counterfeiting function; the cap is beautiful in shape and can improve the wine The brand grade and market coverage of products such as beverages and beverages; the bottle cap does not need to open tools to avoid damage to the hands and the bottle mouth, and does not contaminate the packaging; the bottle cap has explosion-proof function, and can be decompressed automatically when the pressure inside the bottle is too high to prevent explosion. The phenomenon of bottle wounds occurs; the production line can be widely used in the packaging of wine, bottled beverages, bottled condiments, and PET bottles.
