Screen frame printing and method for making nets

Combine the wood strips into a 90° angle, fix the corners with angle irons, and insert the nails through the nails. The inlaid wood strips were made of eucalyptus wood and sawn into 7mm x 7mm wooden strips. The advantage of using eucalyptus wood is that the nails are not easy to loosen, and nails can be pulled out again when the nails are used. The frame can be reused.

When stretching the net, first take a piece of wire mesh that is slightly larger than the net frame, soak it in hot water (70-80°C), hold it in both corners with soft hands, shake the net moisture, and lay it on the grooved side. Tightly, pin the four sides with small nails, then use the wood strips first inlaid warp threads, then insert the weft thread, keep the four sides balanced, and insert tightly. After drying, use the edge of the wood to cut the extra screen to cut off the excess mesh. Rinse the debris on the screen with tap water and dry it for use.

Special attention should be paid to the fact that the larger the wooden net frame is, the wider the wood material of the wooden strip should be correspondingly widened, otherwise the frame cannot withstand the pulling force of the wire mesh to cause bowing or bending.
