1. Prepare “Snowman Wind Chimesâ€: scissors, pencil, white paper, colored paper, double-sided tape, color cardboard, needle, thread, watercolor pen, small bell, wool or crepe paper .
2, the snowman is white and fat, the body and the head are round. We can find two circular objects of different sizes and print out the outline of a snowman on white paper.
3. Fold the white paper of the snowman in half and cut the outline of the snowman along the line. (Weiwei reminds children to be careful with scissors, can be done with the help of Mom and Dad.) 
4. Two snowmen can be cut at the same time after folding. 
5. Use the black pen to draw the snowman's eyes, nose and mouth, and pink strokes on the face. (The snowman of Weiwei painted with a smile, crying, and being angry... He said that he can express his feelings!) 
6. Use a colored yarn (or crepe paper) to make a spiral pattern. 
7. Fix the spiral pattern on the belly of the snowman with double-sided tape, and then fix the two snowmen with double-sided tape (a small piece of foam board can be glued in the middle to make the snowman look three-dimensional). 
8. Cut a circle into two semicircles for the hat of a snowman. 
9. This is a pointed hat made of semicircles. 
10. Draw a snowflake on the paper and cut it off. 
11. Connect the snowman's head and hat with needlework, and wear a snowflake on the hat. 
12. Put a few small bells under the snowman's stomach, and a snowman will do it.
