Japan YAMADA company developed a new type of printing ink pump

Japan Yamada YAMADA company developed a printing ink pump, the pump has the following characteristics:

1. Stable mechanical gas supply conversion system;

2. Greatly eliminate exhaust noise and convert metal noise;

3, through the lubrication of the piston rod constitutes a smooth spray system;

4, improved air flow structure, not easy to freeze;

5. The pumping mechanism places importance on quantification;

6, small design;

7, the sensor board is easy to insert into the ink cartridge, and it is easy to change, and the sealing system with variable outer diameter can be used.

The following systems of the pump have applied for patents:

☆ sensing plate structure, can be sealed inside the barrel after the inner wall.
