(3) The height of the paper stack is too low, the pressure of the cardboard below is not enough, and the friction is not enough. The paper should be renewed in time to keep the paper stack at a certain height.
(4) The paper powder on the cassette sheet and the powder sprayed during printing are stuck to the rubber conveyor belt, and the more the more the accumulation, the lower the friction coefficient during paper feeding, which makes the paper feeding difficult.
In this regard, the conveyor belt should be frequently scrubbed with a damp rag to remove paper wool, paper powder and powder spray in time.
In addition, for the paper feeding part, the following matters should also be noted:
(1) The height adjustment of the double-sheet control mechanism should ensure that it can pass exactly one cardboard, but not two or more sheets of paper; the position adjustment of the double-sheet control mechanism should ensure that the front end of the cardboard is close to the double-sheet control mechanism At the time, the crease line of the adhesive edge of the cardboard is just parallel to the rubber band.
(2) The rubber conveyor belt should be arranged as densely as possible, so that the cardboard can be placed on it flatly, not to sag locally. In addition, more rubber conveyor belt is also conducive to relying on friction to convey paper.
(3) The position of the side paperboard should be parallel to the rubber conveyor belt. The axial position of the side of the cardboard sticking port should correspond to the edging position and the glue application position. When the paper stack is close to the paperboard side of the sticking port At this time, there should be a gap of about 1mm between the paper stopper on the other side and the stack.
2. Glued and folded parts
The problems that should be paid attention to in the glued part and the folded part are as follows:
(1) Before applying glue, make sure that the conveying path of the sticky edge of the carton is parallel to the conveying belt.
(2) The gap between the upper and lower rubber wheels and the amount of glue should be appropriate to ensure that the glue layer is thin and uniform.
(3) The adhesive width of the carton should match the width of the rubber wheel. In the automatic gluing process, the width of the carton's adhesive opening should meet the requirements of the gluing machine. Too wide and narrow will affect the quality of the gluing box. Too narrow will cause glue overflow; too wide will affect the pre-folding to a certain extent. In addition, the concentricity of the upper rubber wheel must be accurate, and the knurling of the edges must be free of wear to ensure uniform glue.
(4) The glue application position should be appropriate. Too far from the crease line, the box is not beautiful. Too close may apply glue to the position that should not be glued, resulting in difficulty in box formation.
(5) The adhesive mouth that has been coated with adhesive must never touch other parts of the machine, otherwise the glue will accumulate in this part, and eventually it will rub against the part that should not be coated.
(6) The folding part is equipped with a folding transmission. If necessary, the folding transmission must be adjusted to ensure the correct alignment of the glue mouth.
3. Edging part
The edging is suitable for the carton after UV glazing and coating. The varnish and film at the bonding part are polished clean, and can be bonded using ordinary adhesive, which can save a lot of costs for the enterprise. Pay attention to the following items during the edging process.
(1) The edging position should be exactly the glue application position. This position should be 1mm ~ 2mm away from the crease line on the adhesive mouth.
(2) When edging, the coating on the surface of the cardboard should be slightly abraded, but not too deep, so that the marks are not too rough, which is not conducive to coating.
(3) A paper powder and paper wool collection device should be installed on the edging part, because the paper powder generated by the edging. Paper wool will cause the surface of the carton to be uneven, affecting the quality of the glue box.
