6. Distribution box.

3. Working Principle The steel belt rectification monitor is an intelligent monitoring and control system using analog electronic technology, microcomputer technology, and electrical control technology.

The system has 2 control methods: manual control and photoelectric control.
The system has 4 kinds of alarm functions, steel belt left alarm, steel belt right alarm, too high tension alarm and too low tension alarm. When the system alarms, you can press the key to mute the sound. Silence is cancelled only after the alarm is released. Only re-alarm when there is a new alarm.
The system has a fault self-detection function that can detect sensor faults and optocoupler faults. When the sensor fails, the failure message is displayed and the system stops control. When there is only one pair of optocoupler faults, the fault information is displayed and normal control is possible. When more than two pairs of optocouplers fail, the failure message is displayed and the system stops control.
The system can detect the steel belt stop signal. When the steel belt stops, the system stops the photoelectric control.
