The expert group agreed that the project used a combination of finite element simulation analysis and testing to form a U-shaped precision bellows design technology, which effectively solved the mutual constraints of its design parameters such as stiffness, strength, and fatigue life. The method to deal with the problem of nonlinearity and thermal coupling of bellows is improved, which improves the analysis accuracy of bellows. 90 types of bellows have been developed and provided to meet the needs of assembly.
