Before painting, first shave the surface layer, clean it, and apply two waterproof coatings. Apply force when the first brush is applied to the capillary. After the first coating is dried (usually about 24 hours), the second coating is applied again to form an overall waterproof coating film. The following problems should be noted in the construction of overhead ground:
(1) The foundation soil under the overhead slab should still be compacted to minimize the penetration of moisture into the space under the slab.
(2) There should be sufficient space and ventilation under the overhead slab. Because the foundation soil under the overhead slab is compacted, it will continue to have tidal upflow and will penetrate into the slab. This is extremely beneficial for the drying of the ground after the ventilation holes are provided.
(3) The floor wall of the suspended board shall be masonry with cement mortar, and a layer of waterproof mortar shall be applied to the top surface.
(4) Pay attention to the quality of the seaming of the overhead board. The seam of the overhead board is the weak part of the ground moisture proof. If it is not handled properly, the moisture under the board will take advantage of it. When laying the board, there should be a certain gap between the boards. Before caulking, it should be carefully cleaned and moistened. When caulking, carefully embed the fine stone concrete. When the board is thick, it should be layered and embedded. And should be carefully maintained, after the strength is reached, it can be used normally.
(5) If there are conditions, a hot asphalt should be brushed at the bottom of the board before the board is laid to block the capillary holes at the bottom of the board to effectively improve the moisture-proof effect of the overhead floor.
