J2108 machine combined pressure failure

During the printing process, once the pressure is not combined, the experienced operator will immediately stop, open the fuselage guard, and view the electromagnetic iron absorption and its line. Due to the repeated action of the entire pressure-compressing mechanism that is actuated by the electromagnet, the connected line is often broken. In this regard, the operator does not need to find an electrician, just cut off the power, you can do it yourself.

The following example of the failure we encountered was special. The combined pressure is not enough, and it can be closed occasionally. Once it is stopped, it will not be able to close when it is switched on again. After inspection, there was no problem with the line, no abnormality was found on the electromagnets, and mechanical problems were not seen. Isn't it a little wrong to pull spring? Replacing it will still not solve the problem. Is it that the press button is not in good contact (because the pressure is not on the press, the jog is too frequent, the force is too large, the button has been deformed, and it is nearly penetrating), and its replacement is not obvious. We also looked for an electrician to carefully measure the curvilinear circuit device in the electric box and found that there was a link voltage change. The 24V and 700Ω relays originally used were no longer suitable, and they were replaced by 12V and 700Ω relays. Sure enough, the fault was eradicated.
