One, pattern color printing features:

1. The optical disk requires a certain degree of flatness. Therefore, the thickness of the ink layer printed on the optical disk L should be thin and uniform. If the thickness of the ink layer is uneven, the tilt angle of the laser beam deflected by the laser reading during the playing of the optical disc will be affected, so that the image appears blurred;

2. In the color printing of optical discs, the printing speed is fast. In each color printing process, the ink is required to be instantaneously dried to minimize the influence of heat on the optical disc during the drying process. Therefore, the optical curing ink is selected for optical disc printing.

3. The printed ink is required to have strong adhesion to the disc substrate and CD, VCD protective coating and good abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, and a certain degree of resistance.

4. Because the four-color printing ink on the surface of the optical disc is colorful, the printed pattern has strong performance and decorative effect;

5. The fine pattern on the surface of the disc is a close-up view, so the number of printed dot lines needs to take (40L/CM) or higher than 40L/CM or even reach about 70L/CM, so the optical disc industry cannot use a simple one.
