CTP processor common faults:
1, the development temperature is too high (low)
When printing, sometimes the temperature of the liquid in the developing tank is too high. By checking the parameter setting of the machine, it is found that the developing temperature is higher than the default temperature. Under normal circumstances, the liquid in the developing tank passes through the circulation pump about 15 minutes after the starting. The heating or cooling system will reach the required temperature.
2, the sink temperature is high (low)
After the device is turned on, the development and fixing temperatures should reach the default values. If the temperature of the solution in the tank does not reach the set temperature, a fault display will occur.
