Process flow and points
1 . Process flow: Complex regeneration treatment technology is more complicated. First, the waste plastics need to be sorted according to the resin type, and the fillers are added in an appropriate amount according to the performance requirements of the recycled products. The new resin materials or modifiers are re-mixed and melt-mixed. Reshaped into the desired product.
The general process flow for compound regeneration is shown in Figure 4-11.
2 . Technical points: Because the sources of waste are various, it is not appropriate to use ordinary plastic processing equipment for direct processing. Therefore, the composite regeneration technology has the following requirements for equipment and raw materials:
(1) Renovate existing plastic processing equipment to accommodate the complex composition of materials.
(2) Special recycling equipment using waste plastics.
(3) Chemical modification of mixed waste plastics.
(4) Using a combination of waste plastic and new materials, using waste as the core layer and covering the new material.
(5) Add waste plastics as fillers into other plastics or non-plastics.
(6) Masterbatches are made of scrap plastic in combination with inexpensive fillers.
Among them, points 2, 4 and 5 have been industrialized.

Outer box: We usually have 4 and 6 inner boxes with one outer box.
