To early check the hidden dangers of the crib!

Trap one: fence

Safety hazards: The baby's head bones are relatively soft. If the barriers are too far apart, baby's head may get in and be trapped between the two fences.

Defensive preparation: When you buy a crib, you can carry a ruler with you and measure the distance between the fences of the cribs and ensure that the space between them is 4.5 cm to 6.5 cm in order to be able to buy them safely.

TIPS: You can bring a Coke can to test when purchasing, Coke cans should not pass through the railing.

Trap 2: mattress

Security risks: Suffocation, mattresses trapped in cribs must absolutely fit the size of the crib. Too small mattresses are easy to move and may cause gaps along the bed. Excessive gaps can cause baby's arms or legs to fall into it. The baby's arms, legs, and face are buried in soft cushions that can cause it to become trapped and even suffocate.

Defense preparation

1, push the mattress to the end of the bed, check whether the remaining gap is more than 4 cm, if you can put two fingers between the mattress and the edge of the bed, it shows that the mattress is too small.

2. Regularly check the support system of the baby mattress. Any hook that is not in the proper position must be repaired or replaced.

The hooks and bedplates supporting the mattress should be securely embedded in the grooves by the safety clips.

Note: The baby should not be placed on any soft surface. Water beds, cloth pockets containing beans, and wrinkles and crevices on soft, loose surfaces can trap air around the baby's face and impede the baby's breathing.

Alternator Generator

An alternator is defined as a machine or generator which produces AC (Alternating Current) supply and it converts mechanical energy into electrical energy, so it is also called an AC generator or synchronous generator. There are different types of alternators based on applications and design. The Marine type alternator, Automotive type alternator, Diesel-electric locomotive types alternator, Brushless type alternator, and Radio alternators are the types of alternators based on the applications. The Salient Pole type and Cylindrical type are the types of alternators based on the design.

Construction of an Alternator

The main components of an alternator or synchronous generator are rotor and stator. The main difference between rotor and stator is, the rotor is a rotating part and stator is not a rotating component means it is a stationary part. The motors are generally run by rotor and stator.

We have maglev generator which with low rpm generator like 100w 200w 300w 500w 1kw 2kw 3kw 5kw 10kw 20kw 30kw, low torque is the advantage and high efficiency. Could use for Vertical Wind Turbine

Permenant magnet generator is with range from 100w to 500kw with all kinds of rpm and base.

Could use for Horizontal Wind Turbine
