1, installation

1 Rubber tensile machine installation and preliminary accuracy correction
The main body and the dynamometer are respectively transported to the foundation of the concrete, and the distance between the main body and the dynamometer is adjusted according to the shape and the foundation map, and the direction is adjusted, and then the thin and small pieces of iron are respectively inserted into the main body and the dynamometer. The lower part of the bottom (between the base) and the square level with a precision of 0.05/1000 are separately corrected.
Preliminary correction of the subject

After the initial accuracy of the test machine is corrected, the initial operation test is carried out after the oil pipe, the power supply and the oil filling are turned on. When the test is in good condition, the accuracy of the test machine is corrected.
Use a square level instrument to lean on the working platform, find the vertical cylinder sag, adjust or increase or decrease the horn under the base, so that the error should not exceed 0.10/1000.
After the accuracy of the test machine is found, all the voids under the machine base are filled with cement slurry to keep the frame and the cement foundation well combined to prevent the test machine from being leveled due to vibration during use.
After the anchor nut is poured, the anchor nut is not allowed to be tightened and the test machine is started before the cement is dried. (The cement drying time is generally not less than 10-15 days.) After the cement is completely dried, fasten the nut of the transporting foot and review the installation accuracy of the testing machine, which is consistent with the accuracy of the alignment. If it does not meet, it should be re-corrected.
During the use of the tensile testing machine, the looseness is likely to occur due to the vibration during the test. Therefore, after the tensile testing machine is used for a period of time, the relevant parts should be tightened.
2, take over
When installing the oil pipe connecting the main body and the dynamometer, first clean the inside of the oil pipe with kerosene to ensure the cleanness in the oil circuit. Care should be taken to ensure that the gasket is intact to prevent oil leakage during high pressure.
3, oil specifications
In hydraulic rotation, N68 precision machine tool hydraulic oil can be used, and other similar specifications of oil can be used with a kinematic viscosity of (100 ° C) 11-14 centistokes.
4, filling and draining oil
Open the air filter on the fuel tank and fill the oil into the fuel tank. The amount of oil injected at one time is about 24 kg. The specifications of the oil used can be found in the specification of the oil. When draining oil, open the nozzle on the left side of the dynamometer. The service life of the damper is determined according to the climate of each place. If it is found that the oil starts to deteriorate or the filth cannot be used, it should be replaced with new oil.
5, receive electricity
The electrical device of the rubber tensile machine is in the dynamometer. The power supply is three-phase four-wire system. The circuit between the main body and the dynamometer is connected by a plug. Before the power is turned on, the dust and other impurities in the electrical box should be cleaned. After the power cord, press the “Power†button indicator on the dynamometer panel to illuminate to prove that the power has been started. At this time, press the oil pump start button to observe the motor rotation direction, and then press the jaw seat lift button to check the lower jaw seat. Whether the lifting action matches the text shown on the button, and check whether each switch is active.
6, lubrication
Lubricating oil can be poured on the lower jaw screw to lubricate the screw rod and the screw nut. The oil hole is placed on the base, and the oil is immersed in the oil worm. The scale of the oil in the oil can be measured. The oil needle measures that the oil level below the maximum oil level does not exceed the lower flat portion of the oil measuring needle. The lower end of the oil measuring needle is the lowest oil level of the oil in the oil.
