Shandong developed a new generation of varistor ceramic materials

Researchers at the Shandong Institute of Silicate Research and Design Institute have repeatedly studied and developed a new generation of varistor ceramic materials with excellent performance in January 2004. Shandong Ceramics Institute successfully prepared superior SnO2 varistor ceramics with chemical grade raw materials. The new SnO2 varistor ceramics exhibit excellent non-linear current-voltage characteristics and have better performance than current ZnO pressure-sensitive materials on the domestic and foreign markets.
