At present, many famous tobacco groups and cigarette factories in China have promoted and used high-grade cigarette packets with aluminum-plated transfer paper as raw materials in their newly launched high-end cigarette products. Compared with medium and low-grade cigarette packets, high-end cigarette packets are more in pursuit of strong visual and artistic effects. Therefore, the positioning printing process and positioning holographic aluminized transfer paper came into being.
Positioning compound transfer process
Positioning holographic aluminized transfer paper uses laser technology to make the holographic pattern on the holographic plate, and then transfers it to the film through the molding process, then forms a holographic aluminum layer on the surface of the film by vacuum aluminum plating process, and finally passes the positioning compound transfer process. The holographic aluminum layer is transferred to the paper.
In the production process of positioning holographic aluminized transfer paper, the positioning compound transfer is the key link, because it is the core process to determine whether the positioning holographic aluminized transfer paper can accurately realize the positioning printing.
Positioning composite transfer is the process of transferring the aluminum layer with the holographic pattern on the film onto the paper by the steps of coating, compounding, drying and peeling. Here, we introduce the concept of "positioning compounding". The so-called positioning compound is to use one material as the main material (paper) and another material as the auxiliary material (film), pre-printing the cursor on the main material, and also making the fixed position of each group of holographic patterns on the auxiliary material. A cursor is then used to register the cursor on the auxiliary material with the pre-printed cursor on the main material based on the pre-printed cursor on the main material, thereby completing the process of positioning the composite.
