One, cover the cover
1. Adhesive binding cover
The paste cover should be correct, firm and flat.
The side glue width of the mechanical cover is 3.0mm-7.0mm.
After setting, the back of the book should be straight and the post line should be ≤ 1.0mm. No sticky cover, no hinges.
The back and cover of the book should be glued, without adhesive spillage.
2. Wire binding and sewing thread cover
Cover and book block should be consistent, tight, flat package, no cover, based on the back of the book, pulp mouth ≤ 7.0mm.
Behind the scalding, the back of the book should be flat, with no indentation and post lines, discoloration, etc.
When the cover paper exceeds 200g/m2, the sticky mouth should be indented.
Book back and sticking indentation error ≤ 1.0mm.
Second, the quality of finished products
The cover is firmly bonded to the book block, the back of the book is straight, no bubbles, no wrinkles, discoloration, and breakage. Sticky mouth meets the requirements.
Finished product size meets the requirements of GB/T788-99, non-standard production according to the contract requirements.
Finished product skew error ≤ 1.5mm.
After the finished product is cut, there are no serious knife-cuts, no knife pages, and no serious breakage.
Book back translation error is based on the back centerline of the book. The book thickness is 10mm and below. The allowable error of book back translation is ≤1.0mm. The back book thickness is greater than 10mm and the book is less than or equal to 20mm. The error is ≤ 2
.0mm; book back thickness is greater than 20mm, and less than or equal to 30mm of the finished book, the tolerance of the translation of the back of the book is ≤ 2.5mm;
Books with a back thickness of 30 mm or more have a tolerance of 3.0 mm for translation of the back of the book. The allowable error of the back-word skew is less than the allowable error of the back-word translation by 0.5mm.
Finished protective seals do not cut size error ≤ 2.0mm. The seal and the cover are aligned with the mouth of the booklet, with an error of ≤1.0mm.
The back of the finished book is straight and the post line is ≤ 1.0mm. No sticky cover, no hinges, no visible nails.
The appearance of the finished product is clean and free of indentations.
Third, the cover film
Bonding firm, smooth surface is not blurred, good finish, no wrinkles, blisters and loss of film.
The segmentation size is accurate, there is no obvious curl, break ≤ 4.0mm.
Appropriate dryness, no sticky surface film or paper phenomenon,
Placed 10h-24h after coating, the quality of the coating should not change.
Fourth, hot foil quality
After hot foil writing, the pattern is clear, the paste is not pasted, the floral version, the hot foil is firm, and the finish is good.
After the foil is hot, the book is centered on the back, and the skew error is seen in the quality of the finished product.
