The strength of a corrugated box is a comprehensive indicator, not only related to the strength of the corrugated board, but also related to the static compressive strength in storage and the dynamic strength (impact, vibration, rollover, drop, etc.) during the flow. The main contents of the strength and testing of corrugated boxes are as follows:

Corrugated cardboard box testing methods, in addition to the strength of corrugated cardboard testing, there are two main test methods: First, the most fundamental item in the carton test, that is, the compressive strength test, is mainly to test the empty box, this test is The effective method of assessing the intrinsic quality of the carton is also the main indicator of the transport package. The second is the destructive simulation test after the corrugated box is loaded into the cargo. Corrugated box strength calculation

The compressive strength of corrugated boxes can be measured by the method of heavy box stacking. In the laboratory, the compressive strength of the empty box can be directly tested using a compression tester or calculated by the following empirical formula:
