From July 12 to July 14, 2016, the National Youth Outdoor Sports Camp Summer Camp (Fujian Station) was held in Qishan, Fuzhou. 24 representatives from around the country and nearly 400 young people participated in the event.
The summer camp was organized by the Youth Sports Department of the State Sports General Administration and the Department of Sports Health and Art Education of the Ministry of Education. The Sports Bureau of Fujian Province and the Department of Education of Fujian Province organized the summer camp. The activities advocated the theme of my health, my happiness, and aimed at nurturing youth sports activities. The interest is to promote the further development of youth sports, and create a society-wide atmosphere that cares for young sports. Compared with last year's summer camp, this year's event has added new climbing competitions based on the original competition of flying over the jungle, soccer ball relay, and live CS field games.
