Hebei Langfang Packaging Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has developed the first domestic gas-filled and non-gasified beverage-filling equipment and a new type of rinsing, filling, and capping machine. The machine adopts advanced atomizing nozzles for bottle flushing nozzles, which can sterilize and clean various parts of the inner wall of the bottle and attach external flushing devices. It can effectively clean the inside and outside of the beverage bottle, clean the sub-spraying disinfectant and pure water, and ensure the empty bottle disinfection requirements.

Filling cylinder form to meet the needs of filling beverage containing gas, with multi-point temperature detection and limited reflux system, using APV company pneumatic valve, capping head with Germany Alcoa company magnetic clutch cover head, adjustable torque, to meet different Sealing and opening torque requirements for beverage varieties. The bottle cap is supplied with hot air, and the temperature at the outlet of the cap is guaranteed at 40°C. UV line sterilization and dustproof devices are provided to ensure the quality of the capping port. The whole machine adopts the whole process of bottle and bottle mouth conveying, suitable for bottle type change. The machine has been put into operation and the production capacity is 20,000 bottles. It can be used for the filling of juices, tea beverages and gas-containing beverages.
