Door set line installation attention points
1. Before installing the door sleeve line, clean the foreign objects inside the sleeve slot. When cleaning, pay attention to the corners of the slot not to be damaged. Then put the door sleeve line with the nail-free glue into the door sleeve (frame) slot.
2, the door set line adopts 45° angle of attack, the interface should be kept flat and tight, and the natural smooth stitching has no misplacement. Take care to prevent blasting when cutting the line at a 45° angle.
3. The contact between the door sleeve line and the wall surface is coated with nail-free glue. The nail-free glue is used in a point-and-click manner. The distance between the two points should not exceed 25cm, so that the door sleeve line and the wall body are firmly combined, such as the nail-free glue should be exposed in time. Remove.
4. The set of wires fixed on the cover plate should be as close as possible to the wall; because the wall is not vertical or the thickness is uneven, there is a gap between the door cover line and the wall. The gap should be closed by the decoration company in time, and the front of the line is prohibited from being shot.
Door fan installation points
1. Open the corresponding door leaf package and check whether the size, color and opening direction of the door leaf meet the size, color and opening direction required by the production work book. Whether there are bumps, indentations, scratches, and mis-packages in all parts, whether the hardware to be installed is correct and complete.
2. Separate the upper and lower mouths of the door leaf. When installing, the door fan needs to be covered with pearl cotton. It can't directly touch the ground. The installation should be guaranteed to be the upper 3, 7 and 3mm door gap distance.
3. Adjust the hinge to the best condition, ensure that the door leaf is easy to open, no friction sound, the switch is flexible and free, the door leaf is flat and vertical; after the door leaf is closed, the sealing strip is tightly combined and does not swing. The paint on the surface of the door leaf and the door cover shall not be damaged during the trimming process of the hinge groove on the door leaf and the door frame. When the upper hinge screw is used, the hole should be introduced first, and then the screw should be screwed in with the screwdriver. The installation screw is in the direction of the positive cross.
4. Check the height difference between the door cover and the fan section and the door sleeve line; whether the height difference between the door leaf and the door frame, the fan and the fan joint meets the size requirements; whether the door and the upper frame, the side frame and the ground joint meet the requirements size. After installing the door frame, verify the verticality of the door frame and the squareness of the upper and lower door frames to facilitate the installation of the door leaf.
5. According to the provided lock, install it to the corresponding position. After the lock is installed, check whether the door leaf and door lock switch are flexible, whether there is any jitter or not. If necessary, adjust the position of the lock. The door suction is securely installed and must not be loose. The handle should be installed vertically, without tilting, and the hinge should be installed securely.
