Due to the stringent temperature and humidity requirements of military optical instruments for storage and transportation environment, the suitable temperature is 5 to 20°C and relative humidity is 40% to 60%, while the majority of areas in China, especially the vast areas south of the Yangtze River and along the coast In areas with high humidity, high temperatures, and high concentrations of salt, it has caused great difficulties in the storage and transportation of military optical instruments, and has increased the amount of maintenance work for troops. Therefore, it is particularly important to improve the protective performance of military optical instruments for storage and transportation: First, it can extend the storage and transportation protection performance of military optical instrument packaging, maintain the original design reliability of military optical instruments, and meet the needs of peacetime training and strategic support; Is able to effectively solve the "mildew prevention, anti-fog", ensure the long-term storage and use of military optical instruments, reduce military maintenance workload of military optical instruments; Third, can reduce the number of military optical equipment maintenance, save a lot of maintenance funding, improve equipment Guaranteed military economic benefits.

2 Measures to improve and improve the quality of packaging, transportation and storage of military optical instruments.
