Chenming Group successfully developed 55g/m2 light coated paper and high-grade coated magazine paper

Recently, Chenming Group's 4550mm paper machine development and production of 55g/m2 light coated paper and high-grade coated magazine paper have been successfully off the assembly line. After testing, all the physical indicators met the quality requirements, indicating that the machine has made new breakthroughs in technology development.
Since 2000, low-quantitative light-coated paper has gained more and more popularity among users because of its good quality and economy. The demand for low-quantitative light-coated paper is increasing at home and abroad. 55g/m2 light-coated paper basis weight only 35g/m2, to run at a speed of 1000m/min, has exceeded the design limit of the production line, development is more difficult.
The physical index of high-grade coated magazine paper is close to that of coated paper, which is higher than that of light coated paper and is suitable for printing by high-end magazines. At present, the source of domestic consumption of this type of paper is imported or replaced with coated paper, which has great market potential.
The Chenming Group's development of high-grade coated magazine paper has improved the product structure grade, which is another major technological breakthrough achieved after the paper machine expanded the paper sheet by 4640mm.
