The characteristic of flexographic printing is "high speed, environmental protection, economy", so it was widely used in the 1990s. The emergence of YAG laser technology has made certain improvements in the number of screen lines and mesh definition, and can be used with flexographic printing with a higher definition. However, the range of the engraved network cable is 600-1500lpi; it is not suitable for carton printing. The disadvantage is that the YAG laser is more difficult to maintain stability during engraving, making it more difficult to control the uniformity of the mesh shape of the entire anilox roller, which is likely to cause uneven ink volume in different parts.
