Select the quality of the base paper
In the process of using corrugated base paper, paper breakage may occur due to impurities. The main reason is that domestic corrugated base paper uses more waste paper in the manufacturing process, and these waste papers contain more impurities, especially some hot-melt impurities. It may be because the paper mill does not have a dedicated waste paper processing equipment assembly line and other reasons, these hot-melt impurities are not removed or the amount of removal is limited in the slurry processing process, resulting in a large number of impurities left in the pulp section. The corrugated base paper containing these impurities is softened by the heat-melting impurities when it is used in the manufacture of the corrugated board, and the hot-melt impurities on the surface of the paper are transferred from the surface of the base paper to the passing tail rollers, and after a while, along with The increase of hot-melt impurities on the pick-up roller results in an increase in the frictional resistance of the pick-up roller as it passes through, and breaks as soon as the speed increases. The consequence of this is that the corrugated board machine cannot adjust the running speed in time according to actual production conditions. Frequent paper breaks also increase the loss in the manufacturing process and increase the defective rate. To this end, consider improving from the following aspects:
Improve the purity of waste paper: For waste paper materials, strengthen the management and use of recycling, minimize or eliminate the non-natural pulp components present in waste paper, and improve the purity of waste paper.
During the slurry treatment, impurities are removed as much as possible: During the waste paper slurry processing, other waste papers are prevented from being mixed together for processing, and impurities are removed as much as possible. The increase of slurry processing equipment, in particular the selection of dust removal equipment and its processing capacity, will enable the pulp division to have sufficient processing time and appropriate treatment process to improve the quality of the base paper.
Choose the right corrugating roller profile
Corrugated board physical index and paper consumption is an important factor affecting the cost of production technology. Some well-developed packaging companies at home and abroad attach great importance to the economic indicators of corrugating roll paper consumption. They usually design the corrugated roll roll type with the same specifications as the standard, and they are of the same type and are economical. For a corrugating roller with the same height but different number of turns per 300 mm, its paper consumption rate (also known as buckling rate) is quite different. The paper-receiving rate is the ratio of the length of a single tooth profile curve to the length of a single tooth, that is, the ratio of the length of the corrugated fiber to the length of the corrugated paper after forming the corrugated paperboard. Its rationality is a direct measure of the main economic indicators of the corrugating roller. .
The corrugating roll type parameters have an important influence on reducing the production cost of corrugated board. Standard tooth characterization parameters basically only give a range, and different manufacturers have their own specific parameters. In the design of corrugating roller, the determination of specific tooth parameters generally considers the effects of corrugated board properties (such as paperboard strength), the service life of corrugating roller, and the effect of tooth profile on the amount of corrugated base paper {ie, buckling rate). In designing and selecting corrugating roll tooth profile parameters, it is necessary to consider not only the effect of tooth profile parameters on the performance of the paperboard, but also the economic benefits of the manufacturers who produce the paperboard and the utilization of resources.
This paper mainly discusses the influence of the number of corrugations n (the number of corrugations contained in the length of 300mm) in the 楞-type parameters and the effect of the height H on the amount of raw paper consumed by corrugated cardboard. According to the calculations, the corrugation number of each parameter of the corrugating roll type, the tooth height H, etc. have different degrees of influence on the corrugation sagging rate, and the influence rule is that the corrugation number n and the tooth height H parameter increase the sag rate. As a result, the amount of raw paper consumed in the production of the same area of ​​corrugated paperboard also increases accordingly. The effect of the number of corrugation n on the deflation rate
For A楞 corrugated paperboard, according to the relevant calculations, we conclude that, as shown in Table 1, the number of corrugations as shown in Fig. 1 can be drawn and the discount rate curve increases. The relationship between the number of corrugations n and the buckling rate is shown in Fig. 1. It can be seen from the graph of Fig. 1 that when the number of corrugations n and corrugated corrugation rate curves, it can be seen from the graph of the graph card that when the corrugation number n increases, the number of corrugations increases. For example, for a corrugated roller of the same diameter, the number of corrugations n is increased from 33 to 34, which can be found in Table 1, where the buckling rate is increased by 0.105.
