The ring setting process is a semi-automatic operation and is suitable for short-run bookbinding. Of course, all manual operations can also be used according to the needs of the job.

Plastic ring books cannot be flipped 360° like other ring books, but they also have flatness after opening. Compared to the other three options, the plastic ring has two unique advantages:

(2) It is convenient for disassembly and assembly. It is suitable for the binding of pages whose content needs frequent updates and can be used for a long period of time.

For plastic comb clips with a diameter of 2 inches or more, special locking devices are usually added to ensure that the pages do not fall. In addition, in the two-wire ring setting, the plastic line spiral ring setting, and the wire spiral ring setting scheme, the length of the book is limited by the number of binding holes, and an incomplete binding hole at both ends should be avoided, and the length of the plastic ring book should be avoided.
