Since the entry into force of the World Health Organization's Framework Convention on Tobacco Control in January 2006, it has undergone a full decade of change and development. Among them, the provisions for cigarette pack warnings have been printed on the side from the original, and printed to the front, and have detailed requirements for the occupied area. On December 16, 2015, the State Administration of Tobacco Monopoly and the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision jointly issued the "Regulations on the Packaging of Cigarettes in the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulations") to make adjustments to the warnings of cigarette packets in China. . The "Regulations" require: from October 1, 2016, cigarette packages produced and sold in China must use different warnings and need to be rotated, and further increase the occupation area of ​​warnings. Although the "Regulations" do not clearly and in detail explain the specific details of the use of police language rotation, such as rotation, rotation frequency, etc., only for a vague description, but the industry colleagues have judged the next development direction of China's cigarette packets.
At present, China's various tobacco companies have different interpretations of the "Regulations", but without exception: no Chinese cigarette company requires cigarette pack printing enterprises to randomly pack different kinds of warnings in the same batch of products. Evenly cross mix and deliver. This is not because the market does not have this demand, but at this stage, the cigarette printing companies have not yet been able to achieve this requirement.
The author noticed that some enterprises have started research and development, and hope to solve this problem by adding inkjet devices on the packaging machine and adopting the method of printing printing warnings, but this will inevitably reduce the production efficiency of the packaging machine and increase the production cost; Some companies have tried to use artificial hybrid crossover, but the workload is too large, and it is easy to cause quality problems, leaving quality hidden dangers. To this end, various cigarette printing companies have launched research and development on this, combined with the use of international cigarette warnings, hope to achieve creative breakthroughs in technology, seeking a simple and effective way to randomly cross different stacks of cigarettes The method of release, with a view to how to integrate with the practice of random cross-stacking of international cigarette packet warning patterns as soon as possible under the guidance of the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control. method one
Application: It adopts web printing, stamping, stamping and other post-press processing, and then cutting with a hob, or slitting into a soft pack of the packaging machine on the reel.
Implementation plan: As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the cigarette packets in the paper-feeding direction can be arranged into different warnings (warning patterns). After the cutting, the products are automatically stacked one by one, which can naturally realize different warnings (alerts) Pattern) requirements for cross-stacking of cigarette packets.

Method Two
Applicable situation: Products that are printed on a web and then cut into a single sheet of paper for post-press processing. For products that are cut online, the computer system of the press needs to be upgraded to achieve a state in which the printing circumference and the cutting intercept are not equal.
Implementation plan: When typesetting, arrange two sheets of A and B in one printing circumference, and arrange different warning words (warning patterns) respectively (as shown in Fig. 3). After cutting, two sheets of A and B are automatically stacked. The corresponding positions of the overlapping parts are products of different warning words (warning patterns), and then the conventional die-cutting processing can realize the cross stacking of different warning words (warning patterns).

Method three
Applicability: Existing production methods.
Embodiment: The cigarettes of different warning words (warning patterns) are die-cut (or cut) to the finished product by using the existing production method, and then stacked by using the device shown in FIG. 4. The device consists of three conveyors. The No. 1 conveying device is equipped with two passages A and B (or multiple channels are designed according to requirements) to ensure that two products (or multiple products) of A and B are synchronously sent to No. 2 conveying device; No. 2 conveying device is running at high speed. In order to ensure that the two products (or a variety of products) of A and B will not overlap on the No. 2 conveying device, the speed of the No. 1 and No. 2 conveying devices can be matched by frequency conversion adjustment; The speed is relatively slow, and the main function is to collect the products after they are stacked into fish scales. The position of the three conveying devices is No. 1 higher than No. 2, No. 2 is higher than No. 3, and can be adjusted to achieve the optimum height to realize the purpose of stacking different warning words (warning patterns).

Applicability: Existing production methods.
Embodiment: The conveying device No. 2 and No. 3 in Fig. 4 are installed under the collection position of the finished product of the full-clearing die-cutting machine, and the running direction is the same as the paper-feeding direction of the die-cutting machine; Products that are arranged in different warnings (warning patterns) (as shown in Figure 1), the finished product is naturally dropped onto the fast-running No. 2 conveyor after full-cutting die-cutting, and then passed through the No. 3 conveyor at low speed. The products are automatically stacked in a fish scale to achieve the purpose of stacking different warning (warning pattern) cigarette packets.
The above four methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. The cigarette package printing enterprises should select different solutions for different processing technologies and different equipment configuration conditions. After one or several methods are adopted, after the different warning words (warning pattern) cigarette packages are stacked, the system of the inspection machine needs to be upgraded synchronously to realize the normal inspection of the products after the cross stacking.
After the introduction of the new rules for cigarette packs, the revision of the packs of cigarettes is in full swing, and the “crossing of police words†has become a hot word in the industry. Can each cigarette pack printing enterprise tap this market potential, from passively satisfying customer needs to actively creating customer demand, seeking enterprise survival space, and striving to achieve the transformation from “customer satisfaction to customer loyaltyâ€, which is placed in all cigarette packs.
